Your loan is only valid to pay for goods and services offered through the merchant you applied with.
Your merchant will request payments by sending an SMS message to the number you provided on your application. You will be prompted to either accept or reject a payment. Once you accept a payment, your loan balance will increase by the payment amount.
For your convenience, Momnt takes payments online, by phone, or by check. To pay online, visit our payment portal at myaccount.momnt.com. To pay by phone, call 855-943-3485.
To check the rates and terms you may qualify for, we conduct a soft credit pull that will not affect your credit score. However, if you select a pre-qualified loan offer, we will conduct a hard credit pull which may impact your credit score.
Our purchase window is 5 months. After your loan is approved, you have a specific period of time, known as the purchase window, to spend your funds. This window allows you to draw on the credit line up to the approved amount.
If you do not spend anything, you will not owe anything and your loan will be closed at the end of your purchase window. You are responsible for the funds you spend with your merchant and any applicable fees and interest charges.

Momnt offers and services installment loans, which are a type of loan where consumers transact a lump sum to their merchant and then repay it gradually through a series of scheduled payments. These payments are made monthly and include both the principal amount borrowed and the interest accrued if applicable.
It’s easy! Go to myaccount.momnt.com and select Create an account. You will need your 10-digit loan number (located in your account activation email) and the last four digits of your SSN. An email will be sent to the address linked to your loan number for the final steps of the account activation process. Click the provided link to create your password, and you're all set!
No. There is no penalty for paying your loan off early.
We are a paperless company, so all statements will be sent electronically to the email you used when you applied for your loan.
