You hereby consent to be contacted by Momnt Technologies, Inc. and our employees, agents, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any person calling on our behalf (collectively, “Momnt”) concerning your loan at any number for wireless devices and residential landlines you provide to Momnt. You agree we may contact you by SMS messages (short message services, including text messages), calls using prerecorded messages or artificial voice, and calls and text messages delivered using an automated telephone dialing system or an automatic texting system. You agree that automated messages may be played when the telephone is answered regardless of whether you or someone else answered. If Momnt’s agent or representative calls, he or she also may leave a message on your answering machine, voice mail, or text. You agree to receive information or questions about your loan application and loan from Momnt at the specific numbers you provided to us or numbers we can reasonably associate with your account (through skip trace, caller ID capture or other means) by SMS messages (including text messages), calls and messages (including prerecorded and artificial voice and autodialed). You represent that the telephone numbers that you provided to Momnt are your numbers for wireless devices and residential landlines and you are permitted to receive calls at these numbers. You agree to promptly alert Momnt when you stop using a number to a wireless device or residential landline. Your cellular or mobile telephone provider will charge you according to the type of plan you carry. Momnt may listen to and/or record phone calls between you and our representatives without notice to you as permitted by applicable law. For example, we listen to and record calls for quality monitoring purposes. This consent supersedes and replaces any previous consent or opt out of receiving calls or SMS messages (including text messages) from Momnt.
Effective Date – January 30, 2023
