How to file an identity theft report with Momnt

If you suspect that you are a victim of identity theft, please visit Identitytheft.gov, to file a report with the FTC. IdentityTheft.gov is the federal government’s one-stop resource for identity theft victims.

Once you have filed your report, you may send Momnt a copy of the report to Momnt Identity Theft Document Upload Website or via mail at Momnt, PO Box 28619, Sandy Springs, GA 30328 and we will assist you further.
