As a merchant success team lead at Momnt, I’ve worked directly with over 100 merchants. My team and I have encountered merchants who have never offered financing, merchants who use financing as part of the sales process, and merchants who previously offered financing but stopped because they did not have the proper support.
When a home improvement merchant or healthcare merchant partners with Momnt, they immediately begin communicating with our merchant success team. As the name suggests, the main goal of our merchant success team is to help merchants succeed.
We’re Known for Our Unparalleled Support
The beginning of any new business venture can be stressful. We remove that stress by providing total support to our merchants from the moment they start working with us. To kick things off, a merchant success representative holds an informative welcome session to get to know a merchant.
Following the welcome session, merchants attend a detailed merchant success onboarding training. During the onboarding training, merchants are properly trained on our state-of-the-art platform and processes. Merchants receive a detailed overview of our products and rates to learn how to capitalize on our offerings and provide options that work best for their specific needs and wants. We ask detailed questions about a merchant’s business, goals, areas of focus, and pain points. We take what we have learned to provide the right guidance and support moving forward.
A Detailed and Personal Approach
For complete support, the merchant success team is comprised of two specialized groups, one for technical support and one to help our merchants thrive.
One team focuses on building strong relationships with our merchants to assist them in different ways. Each of these merchant success reps has an assigned book of merchants they consistently work with to help support, grow, and ensure a smooth and positive experience. From proactively assisting with general questions to discovering ways to help merchants increase their revenue, these relationships ensure the merchant success reps always have a pulse on what’s happening with merchants and their partnership with us.
Technical issues can be frustrating, especially when it’s difficult to get a live person on the phone to help get a resolution. Enter our technical support team. Our U.S.-based technical support reps are here to make sure that never happens.
